All OAD software licence purchases include 6 months of inclusive support. We offer all customers an Annual Upgrade Plan (AUP) to extend this support which provides:
- Email & telephone support
- Annual software updates*
- Data upgrades when new data becomes available
Software updates are made available to customers via the internet as downloads. Other arrangements can be made if the computer does not have internet access.
